What is the shelf life of Cassava Bread?
Our Gluten free range Cassava Bread has a shelf life of 14 days vacuum sealed, as a frozen product the flavours become more infused increasing the shelf life to two years.  However, we recommend that you store our gluten free bread in the fridge and consume with 2-3 days to your enjoyment.

Can Cassava Bread be bought frozen?
Absolutely.  Our range of Gluten Free Cassava Bread comprises over 21 flavours, more than one for every day of the week. Bought frozen it allows you to consume at your leisure creating your own starters, mains or desserts to suit any palate. 

 

How do I prepare Cassava Bread from Frozen?
Simply heat them in the oven at gas mark 5 for 5-10 minutes or place the bread straight into the toaster, either use the defrost setting first or heat from frozen. Once you have completed this process twice the bread is ready to filled or consumed at your leisure.

How can I use Cassava Bread as a Breakfast meal?
Experimenting with our products are limitless. There isn’t a set way to use our Gluten Free Range of Cassava Bread. They can be sliced lengthwise and filled with pan fried or grilled turkey bacon, eggs, cheese, burgers, salad, tuna & mayo. Shredded chicken, jerk or shredded cold meats or fish. Can I put Cassava Bread in the Toaster, oven or microwave?
Turn the oven on at gas mark 5 for 5-10 minutes placing your choice of Gluten Free Cassava bread in the oven. Once completed please check the heat consistency of the product as every appliance is different. Remember the bread will be hot, place on a plate or cooling rack for safety.

How do you ensure that your bread is Gluten Free?
All of our products are Gluten Free because Cassava is a Gluten Free root tuber which is what all our products are made from.

Are your products dairy free?
Yes, they are! We pride ourselves in using dairy free ingredients in all our products.


Did your organisation test the products for Gluten?
Yes!  Although we don’t need to because Cassava is a gluten free root tuber. We test all ingredients for gluten and prohibit any ingredient containing gluten from entering our establishment. We are a dedicated gluten-free business, so the best way to ensure that gluten is not in our products is to make sure it does not enter our building. Second, we test our finished products, both in-house and via an independent 3rd party lab. Our standard is ZERO gluten.
